The Team

Robert P McGehee joined Delta Land and Farm Management as a farm manager in 2008. He is an Accredited Farm Manager. Robert holds a BS degree from Louisiana Tech University-Ruston in Ag Business. He is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Louisiana & Mississippi. Robert’s general duties include farm management but he specializes in IRS 1031 & 1033 exchanges and estate planning. In addition, he manages over 15,000 acres of oil & gas leases that involves negotiations and division verification. Robert enjoys all hunting but especially alligator hunting. He resides in Mer Rouge, Louisiana.

Lannie B Philley has been a farm manager for Delta Land and Farm Management since 1986. Lannie holds a BS degree from the University of Louisiana-Monroe in Biology and is a graduate of the LSU School of Banking of the South. He is a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana & Mississippi. He and his wife, Tracey, are landowners of timber and farm land in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Lannie enjoys golf, bowhunting and fly fishing. He and Tracey reside in Mer Rouge, Louisiana.

Tommy Williams has been employed by Delta Land & Farm Management since 1999. He is a graduate of Holly Ridge High School. Tommy also completed two years of accounting at Southern Technical School and three years of continuing education through Lindsay’s electrical & mechanical design in Omaha, Nebraska. He is very efficient in control panel, pumping solution, center pivot design & construction and pump telemetry. Tommy has coordinated the land development for Delta Land that includes precision land leveling and irrigation design. He is currently the Land Development Engineer for Delta Land & Farm Management. Tommy was born & raised in Rayville, Louisiana.

Julie Barraza Boggs joined Delta Land & Farm Management, Co. LLC as a farm manager in July 2014. She is a graduate of Colgate University, Hamilton, NY. Prior to Colgate, Julie graduated from Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA. She specialize in farm leasing, acquisitions, landowner reports, and rental analysis. Julie also manages the organic operation and inspections. She is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Louisiana. Julie enjoys hunting and being on the farm. She resides in Monroe, LA with her husband, Thomas, and their son, Wyatt.

Woodard Mott is from Oak Ridge, LA where he has lived his whole life. He farmed with his family for twenty five years and served on the Morehouse Parish Natural Resource and Conservation Board. Woodard attended Louisiana Tech University and University of Louisiana at Monroe where he studied Ag Business. He is a graduate of the LSU Ag Leadership program. He has also served as an Alderman for the Village of Oak Ridge. He has a vast knowledge of soil types, drainage, crop production, irrigation and EQIP programs. Woodard is a licensed real estate agent in LA, MS and AR. He resides in Oak Ridge, LA with his son, Neil and daughter Anna.
